I began my career defending insurance companies. I know how they investigate claims and how they decide what to pay, and today I put that knowledge to work for injured Montanans.

I am a partner at Miller Tourtlotte Law, PLLC, where I represent individuals in personal injury, workers’ compensation, and insurance bad faith cases. I grew up in Billings, graduated with honors from Billings Central Catholic High School, and earned both my undergraduate degree in English Literature and my law degree from the University of Montana.
My commitment to justice is rooted in experience on every side of a case. I served as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Gregory Todd of Montana’s Thirteenth Judicial District, then gained an insider’s view of insurance and civil litigation as a defense attorney at the Brown Law Firm P.C., where I first met my future partner, Matt Tourtlotte.
In 2015 I shifted my practice to representing injured individuals, joining a firm that eventually became Odegaard Miller Law. There I sharpened the skills and the dedication that define my work today. In 2024 I partnered with Matt Tourtlotte to form Miller Tourtlotte Law, PLLC, where I continue the mission that matters most to me: securing justice and fair compensation for people whose lives have been upended by negligence or a workplace accident.
Since 2024, I have been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America for my work in Personal Injury Litigation for Plaintiffs and Workers’ Compensation Law for Claimants, a peer reviewed recognition I am proud to bring to every client’s case.
Billings is not just where I practice. It is where I grew up, and serving this community extends well beyond the courtroom.
I previously served on the board for the Billings Catholic Schools, and I currently serve as a board member for the Education Foundation for Billings Public Schools and Art House Billings. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and dusting off my bass guitar for the occasional Clintons performance.
